Tarotscope: April 25th - May 1st

In addition to the four planets retrograde discussed last week, this week we will welcome all astrologers’ arch-nemesis, the Mercury retrograde. Last week we learned to revitalize ourselves by putting an end to a negative cycle or situation. We also learned that it’s completely okay to slow down for a bit and reassess our choices and our idealisms. With Mercury retrograde being the last piece of the puzzle, I’ll say, buckle up and get ready for tumultuous yet enlightening weeks ahead.
 
Mercury rules communication, electronic devices, travel, and commerce. During its retrograde, expect problems such as miscommunications, travel delays, technical difficulties, or technology breakdown to happen in your daily life. Fret not, like all retrogrades, Mercury retrograde’s inherent purpose is not to stir up problems without presenting any positive outcome in return. It teaches us to be careful with the way we communicate with others, including people from our past, present acquaintances, or our future lovers.
We are also encouraged to be careful in making important decisions in our lives, particularly in cases such as purchasing new technological device and making new commitments in our career. If anything, Mercury retrograde helps us to predict the worst-case scenario and to do a thorough fact-check before we take any seemingly intriguing opportunity.
